The present invention relates to a submersible fish cage farm capable of controlling buoyancy of a buoy for fishing gear, and more specifically, to a fish cage farm formed of a structure by using a buoy provided to have an inner portion which is hollow, support pipes and footrests. The submersible fish cage farm capable of controlling buoyancy of a buoy for fishing gear is installed on the buoy and reduces buoyancy by removing filled air if necessary, to submerge, thereby reducing damage due to wind and waves. In addition, the submersible fish cage farm of the present invention floats again by supply of air provided while a charging type air capsule expands, thereby preventing damage due to typhoon and the like. A fish cage farm (100) of the present invention, in which footrests (52) are installed on support pipes (50) installed on upper sides of a plurality of submersible buoys (10) having hollow holes (17) inside a body (11) having a groove portion (15) and a corner portion (16), and the submersible buoys (10), the support pipes (50) and the footrests (52) are fixed by a rope (51), comprises: a buoyancy control device (20) installed on a buoyancy control hole (12) formed on the body (11) of the submersible buoys (10), connecting an inlet (27) and an outlet (28), and having an upper side provided with an upper protrusion portion (21) and a lower side provided with a lower protrusion portion (24); and a compression floating capsule device (30) consisting of a charging disposable air capsule (32) connected to a check valve (33) installed at central portion of the submersible buoys (10) and charging air to store the same.
