The present invention relates to an electronic commerce on the Internet and an operating system thereof having a shopping mall operating site and members. In a more specific configuration, the present invention is characterized such that an internet shopping mall distributes a certain percentage of the profits, generated by selling goods necessary for a member at an inexpensive price, when a member of the shopping mall recommends another member to join, to the member. The Internet shopping mall can provide a new commercial transaction which can reduce advertising and marketing costs and actively initiate transactions and allow members to both purchase goods at low costs and receive profits of the shopping mall, and additionally receive a certain percentage of the distribution ratio received by the member recommended by a user.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2019
