The present invention relates to a method for recognizing and searching for a fire point and a person who needs to be rescued utilizing a machine learning-based thermal imaging camera. More specifically, the method for recognizing and searching for a fire point and a person who needs to be rescued utilizing a machine learning-based thermal imaging camera photographs a space or a body with a thermal imaging camera using a machine learning technique, analyzes the temperature which changes in space or body in accordance with time to recognize and search a fire point or a person who needs to be rescued in advance after photographed images and information are stored in a database to be initialized, prevents accidents which may occur, and can easily recognize a situation in the event of an accident.
