According to the present invention, a manufacturing method of stainless steel added with tin-titanium includes: a step (S10) of inserting molten iron to a converter; a first decarburization step (S20) of decarburizing the molten iron; a second decarburization step (S30) of decarburizing the molten iron again; a step (S40) of reducing and desulfurizing an oxidized chrome oxide; and a step (S50) of tapping decarburized molten steel. The manufacturing method of stainless steel added with tin-titanium adds elements suppressing deterioration of corrosion resistance, improves the decarburization efficiency without accelerating refractory erosion of the converter, and minimizes decarburizing time, thereby reducing an input cost of reducing agents and increasing the production amount.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2019
