The present invention provides an apparatus and a method for providing a legal consultation service, which allow a lawyer to conveniently advertise his/her own field of expertise to general people, and to allow a customer to receive legal consultation content or lawsuit information which he/she requests. The apparatus of the present invention comprises: a customer terminal for uploading legal consultation content and related data corresponding to the law consultation content by using a mobile app; and a lawyer legal server for receiving legal consultation content and related data inputted from a customer terminal, storing the received legal consultation content and related data in a relevant data DB, classifying the received legal consultation content into at least one legal field among legal fields for each case corresponding to a predetermined legal category on the basis of the received legal consultation content before a customer writes a consultant request writing, providing legal consultation content uploaded to a plurality of pre-registered lawyers, showing relevant data in a cloud form to a lawyer when a request of the lawyer and an approval of the customer are performed; transferring at least one piece of legal consultation, which is written through answering, to the customer terminal, and providing the customer with information on a lawyer who can accompany to the prosecution or police investigation according to a customer request on the basis of related data.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2019
