The present invention relates to a thoracic vertebrae strengthening apparatus which activates muscles around thoracic vertebrae through diaphragm contraction and relaxation. The thoracic vertebrae strengthening apparatus comprises: a sensing unit including a chest sensor unit for sensing physical force of diaphragm contraction or relaxation by being adjacent to one side of the chest; a data setting unit inputting the contraction or relaxation degree of the diaphragm sensed through the sensing unit, and generating basic data of a user using inputted data; and a training execution unit which provides feedback based on the basic data generated by the data setting unit.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2019
