The present invention relates to a sonic vibration cold brew extraction device having a double wall structure. An extraction device using a cold brew method for extracting coffee from an aqueous solution including coffee powder comprises: an extraction container unit for measuring a supply amount of the aqueous solution in a state of being held to place the aqueous solution in a state of being stored for extraction; a sonic vibration unit arranged inside a lower part of the extraction container unit, and generating sonic vibration by interaction between magnetism and electromagnetic force which converts polarity toward a lower surface of a part, where the aqueous solution is stored, of the extraction container unit; a vibration transfer unit arranged between the sonic vibration unit and the extraction container unit, and transferring vibration generated in the sonic vibration unit to the extraction container unit in a state where the entirely uniform vibrating water has been guided to be transferred to the sonic vibration unit; a vibration support unit arranged downward from a lateral surface of the vibration transfer unit and having a space in a lateral surface of a double wall structure while supporting a lower part and the lateral surface of the vibration transfer unit so as to discharge water introduced to the lateral surface to the outside through the space therein of the double wall structure while buffering the vibration generated in the sonic vibration unit; and a control unit arranged on one side of the extraction container unit and controlling output of the number of vibration generated in the sonic vibration unit.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2019
