The present invention relates to a method to sinter Fe-20Cu-1C sintered alloy using a sparking plasma sintering method and, more specifically, to a method to sinter Fe-20Cu-1C sintered alloy using the sparking plasma sintering method, which sinters a powder mixed by a composition ratio of Fe-20wt%Cu-1wt%C at a different heating rate to change a porosity and hardness value of a sintered body, and also make a high strength sintered body with a high porosity, capable of being used as a mechanical and hydraulic part. According to the present invention, the method to sinter Fe-20Cu-1C sintered alloy using the sparking plasma sintering method mixes raw material powders by a mixing composition of Fe-20wt%Cu-1wt%C, and sinters the mixed powder by the sparking sintering method, wherein a heating rate is changed during sintering, such that a porosity and hardness of a sintered body are controlled.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2019
