The present invention provides a reactor building sprinkler system capable of sprinkling water on the inside of a reactor building even when the power is off, and a nuclear power plant including the same. The reactor building sprinkler system comprises: a first storage tank storing a coolant; a first supply line extending from the first storage tank to the inside of the reactor building so as to form a path through which the coolant is supplied to the inside of the reactor building; a spray pump provided on the first supply line to apply pressure to the coolant provided from the first storage tank so that the coolant is sprayed inside the reactor building; a circulating line circulating the coolant sprayed inside the reactor building to the first supply line; and a second supply line extending from the first supply line to be connectable to a movable pump vehicle, and forming a path through which an auxiliary coolant from the movable pump vehicle is supplied to the first supply line when the spray pump is not operating.
