The present invention provides a seal water supply system capable of continuously supplying seal water to a reactor coolant pump even when a pump unit is defective, and a nuclear power plant comprising the system. The seal water supply system comprises: a storage tank having seal water stored therein; a first supply line connecting the storage tank with the reactor coolant pump; a first pump unit provided in the first supply line in order to supply the seal water discharged from the storage tank to the reactor coolant pump; a second supply line extending from the storage tank and connected to the first supply line between the first pump unit and the reactor coolant pump; and a second pump unit provided in the second supply line in order to supply the seal water to the reactor coolant pump by enabling the seal water in the storage tank to be supplied to the first supply line through the second supply line when the first pump unit is not in operation.
