The present invention relates to a method for preventing or treating keloid using liquid plasma, which remarkably suppresses the generation and proliferation of keloid. The method comprises the steps of: filling a plasma generator with carrier gas; generating plasma; and irradiating the generated plasma onto a liquid material.
