The present invention relates to a medical instrument for testing cervical tissues, comprising: a sampling unit sampling cervical tissues; a bar-shaped first body having a predetermined length backward the sampling unit, wherein the sampling unit is integrally formed on a front end thereof; a second body having the length corresponding to the first body and placed in an upper part of the first body; a clamp unit installed in a front end of the second body to be able to rotate, inserted into an inner space formed in the top surface of the sampling unit while being stretched and contracted with respect to the sampling unit, and assisting sampling of cervical tissues along with the sampling unit; a handle unit comprising a first handle and a second handle formed on a rear end of the first body and the second body in order to be interlocked with the first and second bodies by being connected to the first body and the second body, respectively; and a rotating coupling unit connecting the clamp unit to rotate according to operations of the handle unit. Accordingly, the present invention easily takes cervical tissues from patients even when a test is difficult because a patient is too old such that her cervical organ contracts, and makes a biopsy easy, thereby providing a help for precise and convenient biopsy henceforth.
