The present invention relates to a temperature-responsive biomaterial comprising a mussel adhesive protein to which a temperature-responsive polymer is conjugated, a composition for tissue regeneration, a cell support, a carrier for drug delivery, and a method for producing the temperature-responsive biomaterial. The temperature-responsive polymer conjugated-mussel adhesive protein according to the present invention can immediately undergo hydrogelation in a body temperature range; overcomes problems of a dramatic reduction in volume, moisture loss, and thus lack of porosity during phase transition, which is the biggest disadvantage of conventional temperature-responsive polymers; and has excellent biocompatibility and tissue adhesive ability inherent to the mussel adhesive protein, thereby being utilized as the biomaterial useful for regeneration of soft tissue defect sites.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2019
