The high-pressure oxygen chamber according to the present invention comprises a locking device for fixing rotation of a rod member (300) for opening and closing the door portion (30) and further comprises a locking device having a locking pin capable of reciprocating in the horizontal direction, wherein one end of the rod member has a lock groove, and the rod member is fixed so as not to be rotatable by inserting the lock pin into the lock groove of the rod member.
