Disclosed is a method for testing underwater insulation resistance and a withstand voltage of a heating film which comprises the steps of: applying a predetermined voltage to a heating film located in the water; obtaining an insulation resistance value and a current value of the heating film in accordance with the predetermined voltage; determining reliability of underwater insulation resistance and a withstand voltage of the heating film based on a predetermined test reference, the insulation resistance value and the current value; and performing an acceleration test before applying the predetermined voltage to the heating film.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2019
