Provided is a means enabling an order and a seller to trade by making only a minimum document, while resolving communicating problems caused by a server usage time difference of purchasers and sellers by making an environment in which an ordered and a supplier perform operations by sharing one computer by using a cloud computing server. The present invention provides a tool enabling a company to perform purchasing and selling by accessing a server through indexing of a business owner number of a company. The tool is a system which can perform operations for quotations, order sheets, tax invoices, messages, payment, business promotion, new product and discount product promotion, and business management only with a business registration number of a transaction partner anywhere and anytime, only if it is possible to access a cloud computing server.
