The present invention relates to a warehouse-type agricultural and marine products drying system and, more specifically, to a warehouse-type agricultural and marine products drying system which is an energy saving ventilation type drying method which is hygienic than natural drying through alternately providing heat drying of hot air and freeze drying of cold air to dry the marine products by controlling a freezing section and a heat source device by a control device, thereby maintaining nutrients, taste and color of the marine products, increasing marketability by drying the same in a short time.
