The present invention relates to a soldering condition automatic inspection system, which comprises: a tray conveying unit conveying a conveyance tray having a plurality of camera modules in which a VCM type lens actuator and an HTCC substrate are soldered; a camera module pickup unit sequentially picking up the camera modules mounted on the conveyance tray and moving the camera modules to an inspection area; a soldering condition inspecting unit inspecting the soldering condition of the camera modules located in the inspection area by simultaneously using a vision inspection camera and a laser displacement sensor; and a carrier conveying unit conveying a carrier loaded with the camera modules which have been inspected by the soldering condition inspecting unit.
