The present invention relates to a bimetal-based erosion and high-temperature corrosion monitoring apparatus. With the present invention, tube replacement timings can be grasped based on economical measurement of the degree of erosion or corrosion in a tube of a heat exchanger, a boiler, or the like. The present invention includes a tube portion provided in a heat exchanger or a boiler; a specimen portion attached in a cantilever form to the inside or outside of the tube portion, in which a pair of different metals abut against and are coupled to each other; and a detection unit provided at one end of the specimen portion and detecting the degree of corrosion of the tube portion. The detection unit detects the degree of erosion and corrosion of the tube portion by confirming contact or non-contact with the specimen portion by means of a current.
