The present invention relates to a method for producing a fermented sugar using lignocellulosic biomass, and more specifically, to a fermented sugar producing method capable of obtaining a high sugar yield with only a small amount of saccharifying enzyme, which comprises: a primarily pretreated product preparation step conducted by hydration of woody biomass such as Robinia pseudoacacia and the like and also by grinding by friction; an acid catalyst pretreatment; a posttreatment step conducted by refining; and a sugar containing material production step using cellulase. The method of producing biosugar using the lignocellulosic biomass according to the present invention is a very economical method in which the amount of enzyme added can be greatly reduced when the primary pretreatment is applied under the same pretreatment and posttreatment conditions.
