The present invention provides a frost bite preventing pad for cryolipolysis surgery, which can prevent a waterproof member from being torn or the waterproof member and a base member from being separated from each other while negative pressure is formed, and can easily couple the waterproof member to the base member without defectives. To this end, the frost bite preventing pad for cryolipolysis surgery, used for a cryolipolysis procedure using a cryolipolysis apparatus, comprises: a fiber base member; one or more waterproof members made of a resin and stacked on the base member; and one or more sewn parts formed by sewing the base member and the waterproof member in the stacked state to couple the members to each other.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2019
