An embodiment of the present invention provides a workforce mediation method between employment agencies which comprises: a workforce information registration step of updating workforce information which can be dispatched by job type to a workforce mediation server in real time or at a predetermined period by each employment agency terminal; a workforce status screen providing step of generating a workforce status screen displaying the workforce information registered per employment agency to provide the information to each employment agency by the workforce mediation server; a hoping workforce mediation selection step of receiving a workforce hoping to be mediated on the workforce status screen by a workforce request employment agency terminal used in the employment agency hoping to receive workforce mediation; a workforce mediation request step of requesting to mediate the workforce hoping to be mediated to the workforce mediation server by the workforce request employment agency terminal; and a workforce mediation step of mediating the employment agency registering a job hunter requested to be mediated with the employment agency which requested the workforce mediation by the workforce mediation server.
