An objective of the present invention is to develop virtual money capable of securing supply liquidity and versatility like real money, having the same value as that of nominal money, and completely excluding weak reliability and speculative property of the virtual money based on a currency standard system. According to the present invention, virtual money is issued in a way that real money paid for an advertisement cost is deposited as standard money and an exchange value is equated to each article through a difference between a retail price and a wholesale price of the identical article sold by a virtual money issuance system based on a currency standard system. As if nominal money generates the exchange value from the retail price with respect to the identical article, the virtual money generates the exchange value with the wholesale price. Accordingly, the exchange value of the nominal money paid in purchase of the article is equated to the exchange value of the virtual money and an exchange multiplier is multiplied by the nominal money paid as the advertisement cost to issue the virtual money having the same currency unit as that of customer nominal money based on a unified virtual money exchange multiplier to equate a currency unit between the nominal money and the virtual money.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2019
