The present invention relates to a virtual currency issuing system based on currency standards, and a method for managing said virtual currency, and more specifically, to a virtual currency issuing system based on currency standards and a method for managing said virtual currency, wherein virtual currency corresponding to the consumer selling price of a product according to the purchase of the product by the purchaser is issued to the purchaser by using the profit margin between the consumer selling price of the product being sold and the wholesale delivery price at which the product is supplied by a factory to a wholesale dealer, and the virtual currency can be used in the same manner as cash not only at a service store that is the principal agent of a virtual currency service, but also at an advertising member store of an arbitrary product seller registered as an advertising member paying an advertising fee in cash, such that the virtual currency can serve the role of a standard currency.
