The present invention provides a three-dimensional (3D) control device using a high-sensitive and stretchable strain sensor, and a system including the same. According to the present invention, the 3D control device using a high-sensitive and stretchable strain sensor comprises: a fixing unit fixed to the outside; a control unit receiving external force; a body unit connecting the fixing unit and the control unit, and including at least one curved part capable of generating a portion where deformation is concentrated in accordance with the external force; and at least one strain sensor including a nano crack formed in the body unit to measure the deformation of the body part. According to the present invention, the high-sensitive and stretchable strain sensor is used, thereby providing an effect of measuring a sensitive movement. Moreover, a 3D position of a master device can be measured with a simple configuration, thereby providing effects of improving precision, increasing spatial efficiency, and reducing manufacturing costs.
