The present invention relates to a perovskite planar solar cell having high efficiency and thermal stability, wherein a solar cell includes an electron transport layer manufactured using a naphthalene-diimide compound-based electron transport material instead of an existing fullerene-based electron transport material. Thus, the present invention can provide a perovskite solar cell having high efficiency and excellent time and thermal stability.
