The present invention relates to a sewage and wastewater treatment apparatus with improved mixing efficiency, which comprises: a body housing having a treatment space part therein; an inner body housing having an introducing space part opened in a vertical direction therein, and provided at an inner central part of the body housing; a diaphragm provided between a lower end part of the inner body housing and the body housing to partition the treatment space part into a precipitation space part and an aeration space part; a wastewater introducing part for supplying wastewater to the introducing space part of the inner body housing; a treated water discharge part provided at an upper end part of the body housing to drain filtered treated water; a precipitate discharge part for discharging a precipitate precipitated in the precipitation space part of the body housing which is a lower part of the inner body housing; a treated water supply part for introducing the treated water having the precipitate separated from the precipitation space part into the aeration space part; an oxygen supply part for injecting oxygen bubbles into the aeration space part; an oxygen supply rotating part for rotating the treated water supply part with respect to the inner body housing; and a scum discharge part provided to float in the treated water of the aeration space part to separate and discharge scum. According to the present invention, floating matters are removed by supplied oxygen, and generated scum can be also removed after a precipitate is separated from the introduced wastewater, thereby improving treatment efficiency.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2019
