The present invention relates to investigation equipment having a pipe blocking function and a pipe investigation method using the same. Investigation equipment having a pipe blocking function comprises: an image apparatus filming the inside of a pipe; a body unit in which the image apparatus is installed, and having an expansion member expanding to a size corresponding to an inner radius of the pipe so as to block the pipe; and a moving means translationally moving the body unit along a longitudinal direction of the pipe. The investigation equipment according to the present invention moves to one point of a pipe by using the moving means, and speedily blocks the moved point by using the body unit. Moreover, the inside of the blocked pipe can be easily filmed by means of the image apparatus.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2019
