According to the present invention, a livestock raising management system based on livestock knowledge information comprises: one or more individual information collection units collecting current location and state information of livestock in real time or periodically to transmit the information to the outside; one or more livestock shed information collection units collecting environment information inside a livestock shed in real time or periodically to transmit the information to the outside; a raising management information generation unit generating raising management schedule information for raising the livestock based on livestock information about birth, pregnancy, and delivery of the livestock, and life period information in accordance with a period after the birth, the pregnancy, and the delivery; an information storage unit storing the current location and state information, the environment information, the livestock information, the life period information, the raising management schedule information, and abnormal state recognition information for recognizing the abnormal state of the livestock; an abnormal state information generation unit generating and transmitting the abnormal state information of the livestock to the outside based on the current location and state information, the environment information, and the abnormal state recognition information of the livestock; and one or more user terminals capable of inquiring the abnormal state information.
