The present invention relates to a service system which notifies a location based on an application and a server. Provided is a location notification service providing method, which comprises the steps of: mapping an identifier given to a location notification terminal and information of an object having the location notification terminal and storing the same; collecting a location log received from the location notification terminal for a predetermined period; patterning data of the collected location log to set an active section, and storing a determined active section to be mapped to the identifier; and transmitting the location of the location notification terminal to a pre-registered registration terminal interlocked with the location notification terminal, if the location of the location notification terminal is not in the active section.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2019
