The present invention relates to a fluorescent projection display capable of performing photovoltaic power generation and a display system using the same which can perform a projection display function while performing photovoltaic power generation. According to the present invention, the fluorescent projection display capable of performing photovoltaic power generation comprises: a transparent film irradiated with solar light and including a fluorescent body emitting light by being excited by an excitation wavelength irradiated from a projector; and a solar cell arranged on at least one side surface of a border of the transparent film to generate power through the solar light irradiated on the transparent film.
