The present invention relates to a DNA extraction system and a DNA extraction method using the same wherein the DNA extraction system extracting DNA from blood includes an extractor provided with a mesh structure coated with a chemical reagent to which the DNA can inosculate. The extraction method comprises the steps of: preparing extracted blood; exposing chromosomes of the blood and destructing proteins and RNA; inputting an extractor provided with a mesh structure into the blood, of which proteins and RNA are destructed, and aggregating DNA; washing the extractor in which the DNA are aggregated; and separating the DNA from the washed extractor in which the DNA are aggregated.
