Disclosed are a conference system, an apparatus for linking participant information between different conferences in the system, and a method therefor. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the participant information linking apparatus comprises: a first obtaining unit for obtaining identification information of a first terminal connected to a first conference server; an access history inquiry unit for inquiring an access history database and extracting access history information corresponding to the identification information of the first terminal; a second obtaining unit for obtaining identification information of at least one association candidate from the extracted access history information; a selection unit for selecting one of at least one terminal connected to a second conference server corresponding to the identification information of the association candidates as a second terminal; and a linking unit for linking the identification information of the second terminal with the identification information of the first terminal.
