The present invention relates to an image extraction method using a concept extraction algorithm and, more specifically, to an image extraction method using a concept extraction algorithm, which extracts a main concept from human and object images, that are an emotional area, and generating the main concept as a fixed image to enable a user to conveniently transmit and receive the fixed image. According to the present invention, the image extraction method using a concept extraction algorithm comprises the steps of: receiving selection of a component, such as a shape, a color, a material, a pattern, and a face, a height, a face color, and a hair color of a person, which can extract an image concept of an object from an image; inputting a detail component of the selected component; analyzing an image by the concept extraction algorithm; exposing the image and determining an emotional term; selecting a means for representing a main concept with a visual or auditory grade, or a visual mark in the image; and determining a main concept image.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2019
