The present invention relates to a manufacturing apparatus for bone powder of Korean native cattle, which aims to take in minerals. The present invention also relates to a manufacturing machine for finely grinding Korean native cattle bones and manufacturing bone powder. To be more specifically, the present invention relates to a technology in which a housing where a screw operates is divided into a first housing and a second housing and the housing has a double screw structure where Korean native cattle bones are ground through the screw to be bone powder. The conventional methods for taking in minerals and nutrients of Korean native cattle bones are usually done with investment of long cooking time and by using water, leading to loss of the nutrients and reduction in an absorption rate in the body of a consumer. Therefore, through bone grinding and pulverizing steps, the manufacturing apparatus for bone powder of Korean native cattle can shorten cooking time and provide easy carrying by making Korean native cattle bones into powder, can be utilized in various food, and can help a consumer to sufficiently take in and absorb minerals including calcium largely contained in the bone powder.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2019
