According to an embodiment of the present invention, provided is a flexible printed circuit board (FPCB) transfer apparatus which comprises: a plurality of transfer rollers arranged to be separated from each other to transfer an element mounting FPCB; and at least one blow pad arranged between two transfer rollers among the plurality of transfer rollers to provide air pressure to a lower surface of the element mounting FPCB. Therefore, the element mounting FPCB is transferred while being floated for the at least one blow pad so as to be flat without even portions by receiving uniform pressure over the whole area by the air pressure.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2019
