The present invention relates to a method for detecting and quantifying nitrile, lactone or lactam compounds using artificial genetic circuits. More specifically, mutated artificial genetic circuits are constructed with a 117th leucine (L) of wild type nitR protein being substituted with any one selected from a group consisting of phenylalanine (F), tyrosine (Y) and tryptophan (W), or by using a modified nitR protein in which a 133th serine (S) of wild type nitR protein is replaced with proline (P), thereby having an effect of accurately detecting and quantifying even very small amounts of nitrile, lactone or lactam compounds.
