The present invention relates to a detecting method of telomere adjusting gene groups reacting to a low-dose rate and a low-level radiation, and more specifically, to a method for detecting telomere adjusting genes commonly or solely expressed by irradiating a low-dose and low-level radiation to a thymus lymphoma cell of a mouse and measuring an expression rate for telomere adjusting genes. According to the present invention, provided is a method for detecting telomere adjusting gene groups reacting to a low-dose rate and a low-level radiation such that the present invention may be used as a low-level radiation telomere adjusting gene which could evaluate correlation of radiation exposure and cancer development for staff working in industries and medical field, and used as a low-level radiation telomere adjusting gene which could evaluate cancer progress and the degree of treatment of cancer patients. In addition, the present invention may be used as a low-level telomere adjusting gene recovery indicator which could evaluate a causality between radiation and outbreak of cancer.
