The present invention relates to a manufacturing method for a hangover cure healthy drink using striped maple and black coffee, which can allow a person to conveniently take a drink having hangover cure, liver function recovery, fatigue recovery, and sleepiness prevention effects, by manufacturing the drink having a black coffee extract, a striped maple extract, and a sugar extract mixed therein. The manufacturing method for a hangover cure healthy drink using striped maple and black coffee comprises: a step of manufacturing a liquid black coffee extract by mixing a fixed amount of black coffee, in a powder or liquid extract form, with a fixed amount of water, and separating black coffee remnants from the manufactured black coffee extract, and storing the same respectively; a step of manufacturing a striped maple extract by mixing a fixed amount of striped maple and a fixed amount of water and heating the mixture for a fixed time, and separating striped maple remnants from the manufactured striped maple extract, and storing the same respectively; a step of manufacturing a sugar extract by mixing a fixed amount of fruit, walnut, honey, and water, and heating the mixture for a fixed time, and separating the sugar remnants from the manufactured sugar extract, and storing the same respectively; and a step of manufacturing a drink by mixing the black coffee extract manufactured through the step of manufacturing the liquid black coffee extract, the striped maple extract manufactured through the step of manufacturing the striped maple extract, and the sugar extract manufactured through the step of manufacturing the sugar extract.
