The present invention relates to a composition for cryopreservation of a cell-free dermis substrate, a method for producing a cryopreserved cell-free dermis substrate, and a cryopreserved cell-free dermis substrate produced by the method. The composition for cryopreservation of the present invention can maintain a fresh state without damaging the dermis skin during thawing after freezing, and exhibits an excellent preserving effect for cryopreservation for a long period of time. In addition, the cryopreserved cell-free dermis substrate produced according to the method of the present invention has a high tissue safety and can be effectively used a substitute for autotransplantation since an extracellular matrix structure and a basement membrane are maintained without damage.
