The present disclosure relates generally to a motion mechanism comprising two load bearing plates. Each of the support plates has a regular convex polygonal surface having a central region and a peripheral region. There are a plurality of peripheral grips, each of which is connected to a peripheral region of the load bearing plate. The inner handle is connected to the central region of the load bearing plate so that the peripheral handle and the inner handle have a longitudinal axis parallel to each other.
