Provided is a multifunctional balance fitness apparatus that makes a tilting operation of a mounting plate more flexible and makes it closer to surfing and skiing exercises. A multi-function balance fitness apparatus includes an apparatus main body, a mounting plate 28 fixed to a base frame of the apparatus main body, a spring 22, an elastic column 26, and a track sensor 27 mounted below the mounting plate 28. A balance mechanism 20 and an electronic control device having a first display unit and having a bodily sensation game program installed in the device main body are provided. The pressure due to the weight of the athlete standing above the mounting plate is transmitted to the elastic column and the spring, and the mounting plate is tilted by the buffer column rolling action of the elastic column and the spring varying action to achieve the balance exercise effect. The track sensor transmits the detected tilt signal to the electronic control unit, and after calculating by the program, the first display unit displays a simulation screen of the sensation game, thereby achieving the virtual reality entertainment effect.
