The present invention relates to a system to provide customized persona design guidelines and a method thereof. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the system to provide customized personal design guidelines comprises: an input unit (110) which receives an input of customer information; an output unit (140) which outputs screen information including question information for acquiring customer information and product information; a storage unit (120) which stores a persona and an information design meaning a group to which the persona belongs; and a control unit (130) which calculates a general model including demographic factors based on the customer information and a customized model specialized for a specific type of business, draws a customer′s persona from the general model and the customized model, and classifies the persona into a certain group in accordance with a preset standard, thereby controlling the output of screen information outputted by the output unit (140) in accordance with the persona of the customer classified into the certain group by using the information design stored in the storage unit (120). According to the present invention, the system is able to provide design information in accordance with a customer type (persona).
