The present invention relates to a composition and kit for screening for disease progressions of Alzheimer′s disease, comprising an agent measuring the expression levels of a beta-amyloid oligomer and S100A9 protein in a nasal fluid sample; and a method of screening for disease progressions of Alzheimer′s disease, comprising a step of measuring the expression levels of a beta-amyloid oligomer and S100A9 protein in a nasal fluid sample. Furthermore, the present invention relates to a method of screening for a therapeutic agent for mild Alzheimer′s disease, comprising a step of measuring the expression levels of a beta-amyloid oligomer and S100A9 protein in a nasal fluid sample; and a screening kit for a therapeutic agent for mild Alzheimer′s disease, comprising an agent measuring the expression levels of a beta-amyloid oligomer and S100A9 protein in a nasal fluid sample.
