The present invention relates to a plasmonic absorbing body for a solar-steam generation apparatus capable of manufacturing a large area by a simple method with high light and heat conversion efficiency, and a solar-steam generation apparatus using the same. More specifically, provided are a plasmonic absorbing body for a solar-steam generation apparatus in which plasmonic gold nanoparticles are uniformly dispersed and fixed on a porous hydrophilic polymer material, and a solar-steam generation apparatus using the same.
