Provided are: a photocatalyst/alloy fine particle dispersion which exhibits antibacterial and antifungal properties regardless of light irradiation and can easily manufacture a highly transparent photocatalyst/alloy thin film; a method for manufacturing the same; and a member having, the photocatalyst/alloy thin film formed by using a dispersion, on the surface thereof. The photocatalyst/alloy fine particle dispersion in which, among aqueous dispersion mediums, two types of fine particles, which are, i) photocatalyst fine particles and ii) fine alloy particles containing an antibacterial and antifungal metal are dispersed.
