The present invention relates to an apparatus for thermally forming a thermal contraction tube. The apparatus comprises: a pair of support members which has a space formed therebetween to enable an electric motor unit and front and rear rotating wheels to be installed and in which the electric motor unit and the front and rear rotating wheels are installed on both side surfaces thereof; the electric motor unit attached to both side surfaces of the pair of support members to rotate a conveyor system rotating wheel; a conveyor system front rotating wheel which rotates by receiving a rotating force from the electric motor and a conveyor system rear rotating wheel which rotates by an endless conveyor be the endless conveyor belt which rotates while adhering to the front and rear rotating wheels; a thermal infrared ray generator housing formed on the pair of support members; a thermal infrared ray generator which is attached to an upper surface of the thermal infrared ray generator housing, spaced a distance from the endless conveyor belt, and provided to generate thermal infrared rays; and a power/temperature controller, installed in the thermal infrared ray generator housing, provided to supply power to the thermal infrared ray generator to control thermal infrared ray energy so as to control the temperature of the inside of the thermal infrared ray generator housing. According to the present invention, a portion connected with a connection terminal with both wire ends and a ring is formed with a thermal contraction tube, and thus, it is possible to easily manufacture a plurality of wire assembly components without defects, thereby reducing an operation time and increasing productivity.
