The present invention relates to a thermal forming method of a thermal contraction tube, comprising the following steps of: preparing a plurality of electric wires having a necessary length of wire assembly parts to remove a sheath of an end of the electric wires; inserting a thermal contraction tube into the end of the electric wires from which the sheath is removed, and connecting a connection terminal having a ring with an end of the electric wires from which the sheath is removed; controlling the thermal contraction tube to cover the connection terminal having both electric wire ends and the ring connected to each other well; operating a thermal contraction tube forming apparatus having a conveyor system with a mesh-shaped belt made of hemp cloth to maintain the temperature inside a thermal infrared generator housing at 220-225°C; operating a thermal contraction tube forming apparatus electric motor having a conveyor system with the mesh-shaped belt made of hemp cloth to control the speed, and controlling a hemp cloth mesh-shaped conveyor belt of a conveyor system to pass through the thermal infrared generator housing within 10 seconds; placing, on the mesh-shape conveyor belt made of hemp cloth of a conveyor system which has a mesh-shaped belt made of hemp cloth, a plurality of wire assembly parts controlled by thermal contraction tubes so as to cover the connection terminal having the both electric wire ends and the ring well, and allowing the wire assembly parts to pass through the thermal infrared generator housing to be formed; and inspecting a plurality of parts which has completed with the forming so as to select a defective product.
