The present invention relates to a system to build big data to estimate a house price using space information and a method thereof. According to the present invention, the system to build big data to estimate a house price using space information comprises: a real estate data collection/cleansing module which collects data influencing the formation of a house price on one or more databases, and cleanses a data error in the collected data with a spatial property value as the medium; a big data construction module which builds big data by linking the data, whose data error is cleansed by the real estate data collection/cleansing module, in accordance with a real estate level; and a house price formation information extraction module which extracts house price formation information influencing the formation of house price from the big data built by the big data construction module. According to the present invention, the system to build big data to estimate a house price using space information and the method thereof are made to collect a variety of physical, social, and regional price formation factors from a variety of databases, to cleanse errors in the data, and to build big data, thereby being able to consider a variety of elements such as the region, the building itself, education, and transportation in multiple ways and to increase the accuracy in estimating a house price.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2019
