Disclosed are a system for building big data for estimating a house price using spatial information and a method thereof. According to the present invention, the system comprises: a real estate data collection/refinement module collecting data affecting formation of a house price in one or more databases and refining a mutual data error based on a spatial attribute value of the collected data; a big data building module linking the data, from which the data error is refined in the real estate data collection/refinement module, in accordance with a real estate level to build big data; and a house price formation information extraction module extracting house price formation information affecting formation of a house price from the big data built in the big data building module. Accordingly, various physical, social, and local price formation factors are collected from various databases and an error therebetween is refined to build big data such that the big data is used, thereby providing effects of complexly considering various factors, such as an area, a building, education, transportation, and the like, and increasing the degree of correctness in house price estimation.
